Feel free to send us an email at beausoleiltaos@gmail.com and let us know which lot you’d like to see photos of. We’re happy to send them to you. We can also arrange an in-person viewing of property should you be visiting Taos.


How much does a lot cost?

While the individual lots range in price based on their exact size and location, the pricing starts at $400k.

Absolutely! If you’re interested in working with a New Mexico based architect, we’d be happy to connect you with preferred contacts who are already familiar with the property and have a strong understanding of the homes that will be built here.

Do you have recommendations for an architect or builder?


Beausoleil is about a 20-minute drive to the Taos Airport, which is extremely convenient for those flying in from California and Texas on Taos Air. Alternatively, the Albuquerque International Sunport is a 2h50m drive and the Santa Fe Regional Airport is a 1h50m drive.
